We have recently just extended the student ministry to include all young people in the age group of 18-30's. At Elim we are fortunate to attract students of all ages, and even more fortunate that a lot of graduates tend to stay on after their degrees and make the church their home. We are also aware that there are many in this age group that are not students, and we are keen to have a ministry that includes all. Our aim is to create a community where people feel comfortable. A community where relationships can deepen and where we can all grow spiritually by learning from each other.
There will be events organised every 2 months or so to encourage new friendships and deepen existing ones. The events will be varied, and hopefully there’ll be something for everyone. Some of the events will be purely social, others will include teaching and praying.
Our aim is to encourage everyone to be part of the life of the church. There are many ways to serve, and lots of groups to be involved in. The 18-30's group will just be an extension of this.
We’d love to see you at the various events. 18-30’s includes those in their 30's also, so don't be shy and give it a try.
